Analyzing results and budgets from the previous year. Formulating clear, data-driven seasonal objectives and Key Results (e.g., Top 3 Overall finish).
2. Structuring the Roadmap
Creating detailed milestones, charting the entire race calendar, and methodically planning test sessions before major events.
3. Cost & Budget Control
Defining a rigid Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Working systematically with the available season budget to allocate funds to tires, parts, and logistics.
4. Event Execution & Debrief
Performing the event, evaluating the outcome immediately, documenting critical lessons learned, and planting the seeds for next year's strategy.
